Pretty useful little trick, easy to replicate. Simply right-click an enemy in rage form, while your auto attack is mid air quickly press R ... Just found this out while playing a game...Thought I was hallucinating at first...then I realized I was able to do it over and over. Credits to Nidahlee (http://www.lolking.net/guides/570) I'm still far from mastering this, but is a really strong trick. I think it's worth it. This is part of what will be a 101 spears montage - compilation, still got a lot of editing to do and probably change the music ...
